What’s the Program?
This limited-time incentive program encourages assignment continuity by rewarding active Focus Staff travelers who extend their current contract or quickly start a new one. Eligible clinicians will receive a $250 bonus just for keeping their travel journey rolling.
Who’s Eligible?
To qualify, clinicians must meet the following:
- Currently on assignment with Focus Staff.
- Assignment end date falls within the next 45 days.
- Accept and confirm either:
- An extension of your current assignment, OR
- A new assignment with Focus Staff.
The new assignment or extension must:
- Begin within 0–7 days of your current assignment ending.
- Be at least 8 weeks or longer in duration.
The Incentive
Eligible clinicians will receive a $250 bonus.
The bonus is paid after completing the first week of your new or extended assignment.
Limit: one incentive per clinician during the program period.
Program Dates
The program is active immediately through October 1, 2025.
All qualifying extensions or new assignments must be booked and started within this period.
